Refund & Return Policy

All WAKOZII products are made to order. All sales are final, except where required by law.

No Refunds for Made-to-Order Items

Because our products are custom-made, we do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong color, design, or size selection

  • Personal preference

  • Minor color or print variations

This is in accordance with:

  • UK Consumer Contracts Regulations (custom goods exemption), and U.S. consumer protection laws allowing final sale for custom products. 


    Replacements for Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

    We will provide a free replacement if:

    • The item arrives damaged

    • The item is defective

    • The wrong item is delivered

    Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and must include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

    Exclusions

    Replacements are not offered for:

    • Customer ordering errors

    • Normal manufacturing or color variations

    • Minor print placement differences
