Each item is made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or personal preference.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

To request a replacement or refund, email us with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item

If your claim is approved, we will send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.

We do not require you to return the damaged item.

If the shipping address was entered incorrectly by the customer, we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund.
