Shipping Policy

Shipping and Processing 

All Wa´Kozii products are made-to-order.

Production and processing take 2-7 business days before your order is shipped. Once shipped, delivery takes 5-7 business days depending on your location.
In total, most orders arrive within 7-14 business days (processing + shipping).

Shipping Regions
We currently ship only to the United States. 

Possible Delays
During peak seasons, holidays, or unexpected issues with couriers, delivery times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Returns & Replacements

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges, as all Wa’Kozii products are made-to-order.
However, if your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing issue, we will gladly send a replacement. Please contact us with clear photos within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package.

Please make sure to include a valid phone number at checkout.
Couriers often require a phone number for successful delivery and tracking updates. Missing or incorrect phone numbers may cause delays or failed deliveries.

Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please ensure your shipping address is correct.
We are not responsible for delayed or lost packages due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

If you need to correct an address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

Care instruction : Machine wash cold cycle. Ironing low temperature. Do not bleach. Drip dry. Wash inside out.
